Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Aim
We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund. Transit damages and shortages must be notified within 48 hours.
Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge and to return the item to us.
General
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
How do I return something to Murphy’s Dog House?
If we have made an error with your delivery or you wish to return a faulty or damaged item, please email murphy@murphysdoghouse.co.uk or call 07745 203688. Alternatively you can contact us using our online form and we will organise for your parcel to be collected and a replacement or refund processed.
