It is so easy to use, simply take out the internal tourmaline bag from the enclosed pouch and pop it into the microwave alongside a cup of water. Heat the bag for 45 seconds (based on an 800 Watts microwave), check the heat of the tourmaline bag and if you need to, reheat in 15 second increments. Once you’re happy with the temperature just put the bad back into the bear’s zipped pouch. Always wait one hour before reheating.
