Orders should arrive within 2-5 working days and are shipped by DPD or Royal Mail on a tracked or signed for service Monday-Friday.

Yes. Next day orders must be placed before 12pm for delivery the next day. Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday. Orders are shipped by DPD or Royal Mail on a fully tracked service.

All orders can be tracked through DPD or Royal Mail. When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email from Murphy’s Dog House followed by a delivery confirmation email with tracking details from DPD or Royal Mail. 

Yes. Free delivery is available for orders over £60. However, if a return is made that would take your order under £60, the price of standard delivery (£4.96) will be taken off your return total.

If you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund. Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge and to return the item to us. Transit damages and shortages must be notified within 48 hours.

If we have made an error with your delivery or you wish to return a faulty or damaged item, please email or call 07745 203688. Alternatively you can contact us using our online form and we will organise for your parcel to be collected and a replacement or refund processed.

Payment for your order on your credit card statement will appear as Murphys Dog House.
